policies / terms of service FOR RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Payment is due on the same day of your service:

  • If paying cash or check, please place your payment in an envelope with your name and service date.

  • If paying through Venmo, please leave a note with your service date.

Reminders:

Our system will send you a text reminder 1 day before your scheduled service. If you prefer a call or email, please notify us.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

It is our commitment to deliver quality cleaning to every home! If there were any issues due to an oversight or misunderstanding regarding the execution of your cleaning plan, just notify us within 24 hours and we will return free of charge.

If something is damaged during the course of a cleaning, we’ll make every effort to repair, or when necessary, replace the damaged item.

Scheduling:

ETA:

Along with your service reminder, an ETA will be included. ETAs are within a 1hr window. If the team is behind, we will send you an updated ETA same day.

Automatic scheduling:

Your future services will be automatically scheduled for all our recurring service customers. Booking is not required.

Every 3 weeks/ Monthly automatic scheduling:

Future services will be scheduled automatically on the same day of the week, every 3 - 4 weeks from your last service

Bi-weekly automatic scheduling:

Depending on the week your first service was scheduled, you will be placed on Bi-weekly 1 scheduling or Bi-weekly 2 scheduling -

  • Bi-weekly 1: 1st & 3rd week  of the month

  • Bi-weekly 2: 2nd & 4th week  of the month

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

Bi-weekly Rescheduling:

We recommend rescheduling services within the same week of the scheduled service day so that there is no change in your automatic scheduling. However, If you need to reschedule service for the following week (out of your automatic scheduling), the team will still be programmed to return to the upcoming scheduled service.

Consecutive cancellations / Changes to schedule:

Recurring services are automatically scheduled and charged based on your quoted rate. Please keep in mind that if your cleaning exceeds the recurring schedule when rescheduling or consecutively canceling more than 1 service, a higher rate will be charged on the following service. (See example below)

Recurring Weekly -

(Rescheduling or service after 2 weeks) - Bi-weekly Rate

(After 3 weeks) - Monthly Rate

Recurring Biweekly -

(Rescheduling or Servicing after 2 or more weeks) - Monthly rate

Recurring Monthly -

(Rescheduling or Servicing after 2 or more months) - First cleaning  Rate or New quote (when rescheduling after 6 months)

Cancelations:

  • If you must cancel or rebook your service, we respectfully request at least 24 hours of notice via text or phone. If fail to give 24-hour notice on more than 1 occasion, a cancelation fee will be charged and due the same day. Send payment through Vennmo at (415)456-3525

        • 50% of the canceled cleaning

Fees:

  • Same-day cancelation fee: 50% of the service rate

  • Late payment fee: $25 added to account

*This agreement will remain valid for future service with exception of any agreed changes in services, fees, visits, and times.
